Smart Vending Machine Automation


Our client struggled with a rigid, PLC-based vending machine setup that made even minor changes difficult. Adjusting sensors or actuators required expert programming, slowing innovation and increasing downtime. They needed a solution that was agile, scalable, and easy to manage.

Srujannovate replaced the PLC-based architecture with a Custom Controller driven system, integrated with a modular, enabling dynamic I/O management, real-time actuator/sensor configuration, and multi-mode payment processing without requiring embedded programming. The system supports on-the-fly parameter adjustments, version control for different vending machine models, and secure backend connectivity for monitoring and diagnostics. This shift not only simplified development cycles but also empowered non-technical users to manage and scale operations with minimal overhead. Most importantly, it enables fully autonomous operation, allowing the vending machine to serve end users seamlessly without any human intervention, from product selection to payment and dispensing. This transformation significantly reduced operational overhead while improving reliability, scalability, and user experience.

Power Tools Software Solution


At Srujannovate, we developed a custom desktop application to streamline the configuration of tightening parameters for power tools used on an assembly line

Our client faced a critical bottleneck in their assembly line operations: configuring tightening parameters for power tools was a manual, operator-driven task. This approach led to frequent errors, inconsistent outputs, and a steep learning curve for new operators—ultimately increasing the risk of rework and production delays. Training each operator on tool configuration was both time-consuming and costly.

To address this, we designed and developed a custom desktop application that automated the setup process and simplified user interactions. The solution features an intuitive interface that visually guides operators using part-specific images, ensuring accuracy and ease of use.

By minimizing manual input, the software significantly reduced human error and shortened the training cycle. It also automatically compiles shift data into a single file, giving supervisors real-time insights into productivity and quality metrics.
