One of our recent projects exemplifies this commitment—delivering a customized software solution to simplify and optimize the process of setting tightening parameters for assembly-line power tools.
Our customer relied on power tools to tighten nut bolts during the assembly process. However, configuring the preset tightening settings required direct operator input, leading to a steep learning curve and a high potential for errors. Training each operator to use these tools efficiently was time-consuming and costly, and any mistakes in configuration could result in expensive rework.
To address these challenges, we designed and developed an intuitive desktop application that automates and simplifies most of the operations. Our solution significantly reduces the possibility of human error and minimizes training requirements by providing a seamless, user-friendly interface. Additionally, the software consolidates shift data into a single Excel file, enabling supervisors to monitor and analyze performance effortlessly.
One of the standout features of this application is its ability to visually guide operators by displaying images of the parts being worked on. This not only makes the process more intuitive but also ensures accuracy in execution.

Battery Testing Software

One of our recent innovations is a powerful battery testing software designed to automate and optimize battery charging and discharging cycles, ensuring that batteries perform as expected under real-world conditions.
Our customer faced the challenge of simultaneously controlling and monitoring 400 batteries during testing cycles. Traditional methods required significant manual intervention, leading to inefficiencies and delays in identifying performance issues.
To address this, we developed a robust software solution capable of connecting to all 400 battery controllers simultaneously. Our system enables seamless program uploads, real-time monitoring, and comprehensive data collection throughout the testing process. By automating these critical functions, we have significantly reduced the need for repeated program runs in case of failures, minimizing manual intervention and enhancing overall efficiency.

Vending Machine Software Solution

At Srujannovate, we are dedicated to developing innovative software solutions that simplify complex industrial processes. One of our recent projects revolutionized the way our customer managed vending machine operations by replacing traditional PLC-based control systems with a modern, software-driven approach.
Challenges with the Previous System
Our customer initially relied on PLCs to control sensors and actuators in their vending machines. However, modifying sensor inputs or actuator parameters was a cumbersome process that required programming expertise. This slowed down innovation and made on-site modifications challenging.
Our Solution
To address these limitations, we developed a comprehensive backend system powered by a Raspberry Pi single-board computer. This solution provided an intuitive way to manage sensors and actuators without the need for specialized programming skills. Additionally, it streamlined order management, eliminating the need for a salesperson, and enabled seamless payment processing via cash, UPI, and card transactions.
